Washington Freedom Player Appearance
Meet Kristi Eveland! Sunday March 14

Kristi Eveland from the Washington Freedom will be signing autographs and awarding the champions/finalists awards on Sunday at Washington Lee High School from 3:15-4:45pm during the U15G Premier and Elite division finals. Kristi was a key member for the University of North Carolina Womens soccer team that won the NCAA College Cup in 2009. She is in her 1st season with the Freedom after winning 2 national championships during her college days with the Tarheels.

Spring Invitational Sponsors

The contributions of our Premier and Elite level sponsors help offset tournament expenses and support the Financial Assistance Fund of our soccer program. All net proceeds from the Arlington Spring Invitational are used to help players needing financial assistance to play soccer.

Arlington Travel Soccer Club (ATSC), a member of the Arlington Soccer Association, in cooperation with the Arlington County Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources will host a Boys & Girls travel soccer tournament in March 2010. The competition is a US Youth Soccer Sanctioned  unrestricted event and open to USSF affiliates and CONCACAF region teams.

Competition Dates:

  • Boys U10-15, March 5-7, 2010
  • Girls U10-15, March 12-14, 2010
The mission of the Arlington Spring Invitational is to provide a first class preseason competition for top level travel club teams as they prepare for premier level tournaments, state cup, and league play.
 
The tournament utilizes synthetic grass fields located in Arlington and nearby communities. Exclusive use of these fields will allow the competiton to take place in the event of rain or wet ground conditions.
 
Tournament Rating:
  • Boy’s Weekend - Premier level by Gotsoccer, #8 nationally (may 09)
  • Girl’s Weekend - Platinum level by Gotsoccer  #3 in Virginia  (may 09)

Visiting teams will be treated to superior fields, outstanding competition, and professionally assigned referees. The Arlington field locations are conveniently located nearby hotels, dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. The attractions of Washington DC are just minutes away.
