Acceptance and Payment for 2010-2011 Season
You must have registered for tryouts in order to register for travel soccer.

In order to register for the 2010-2011 soccer year you must have registered for travel tryouts and been accepted to a team.

Late Fees

Late fees will be assesed for any payment past the due date and cannot be refunded. Please note the payment dates or import them into your calendar for automatic reminders.

ATSC is using a new registration provider this year and the system is not available for payments yet.  It is our hope that the system will be open by Wednesday June 23rd.  We will send an annoucment as soon at it opens up. 

 

Payment Schedule for 2010-2011
Initial Payment Due June 30

Financial Obligation           

We recognize that the players’ and coaches’ commitment to ATSC and to each other is for the soccer year, Fall and Spring seasons, and we understand and accept the following financial terms outlined below to  play with ATSC: 

Annual player fees for the year beginning July 1, 2010 are $1,650.00. This fee can be paid by check or credit card as follows:

 
Payment in Full: Due June 30                       $1,650.00    - or -
Installment Plan:
            Payment 1- Due June 30                                   $525.00
 
            Payment 2- Due August 31                               $375.00

            Payment 3- Due September 30                         $375.00

            Payment 4- Due November 1                            $375.00

 

In addition, Arlington County is charging a user fee that must be paid each season of $8/player ($20/player non-resident. This $16 ($40 non-resident) fee will be collected in the initial payment due June 30. 

A late fee of $25 will apply to any payment received past the due date.  

Financial assistance is available for those families that qualify. In order to see if you qualify for some level of financial assistance, please fill out and submit an application to ATSC, available on the website at http://www.atsc-va.org/policies/index_E.html. A separate commitment letter outlining the specific payment terms for families receiving financial assistance will be mailed with your approved application. 

Failure to fulfill your financial obligations will result in the suspension of your son’s/daughter’s eligibility to play with ATSC until all payments and applicable late fees are current.
