Players challenge each other to work hard and strive to constantly learn and improve as individuals and to become the best teammates that they can be. 

 

All players Respect your parents, coaches, teammates, opponents, game officials and most of all yourself. 

 

Always remember that even though we are all our own individuals, when we step on the soccer field we are In this together.  Teamwork and positive communication are essential ingredients to success and we should all share in each other’s successes and failures always aiming to learn and grow no matter what the outcome.

 

Along with challenging your teammates, constantly challenge yourself to improve your individual skills and Dedicate yourself to train at game speed and give yourself an advantage on game day.  This advantage  should come in the form of the winning attitude that you will gain knowing that you have prepared yourself to compete with and defeat the very best.

 

You must always work your hardest and leave your frustrations and miscommunications on the field while remembering not to leave your “A” game on the field.  You should walk of the field each day feeling like you have given all that you possibly could so that the game remains fun, challenging and Exciting for you.

 

Take PRIDE in everything that you do.  You’ve made the decision to play competitive soccer so why not make the most out of each training session.  You’ve made the decision to put on your uniform on game day, so why not take the extra time to tuck in your shirt and clean off those muddy cleats so that you can look your very best.  You’ve taken the time to read this page, so why not put it somewhere handy so you can re-read it sometime to remind yourself of what PRIDE soccer is all about.
